The services will be identified as to client level activity as tolerated. Please note it will be a gradual increase weekly to succeed in having a safe increase in stamina and decreased pain level.

Fibromyalgia Clinic

This clinic will meet the requirements of the needs of each individual client. There will be a variety with HotSoak in indoor hot tub, Warm Water Swim Therapy in 20x40 indoor pool (92F100F)

Individual assessment to determine level of activity tolerance. (60 min)

Baby Swim

Babies to adult benefit from swimming. There is gross motor and fine motor toning, tuning and comfort. The water for babies is a soothing, gravity free environment. Our pool water is 90 F to alleviate the shock of water entry
